Gymnastics


Our Gymnastics program is reliant on step by step skill progression from easy to advanced to ensure that our students operate in a safe working environment. Students must demonstrate each progression safely, correctly and consistently before they are allowed to advance to the next level. To ensure this, we have broken up our program as follows:

Level 1 - Prep
- Body Awareness development, Shapes, Sits, Supports, Balancing, Modified rolling and Controlled landings
Level 2 - Grade 1 & 2
- Sits & supports revision, Forward roll development, Handstand development, Cartwheel development and Uncontrolled landings .
Level 3 - Grade 3 & 4
- Handstand development, Cartwheel development, Spring, Introduction of Dive roll and Backward roll and basic Routine development.
Level 4 - Grade 5 & 6
- Dive roll and Backward roll development , Routine development and self assessment
