www.physed.com.au was developed by RunThrowCatch, a company set up by Keir Baker and Steve Brophy in 2005.

Keir completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) RMIT in 2000. He taught 6 years at Mill Park Heights Primary School where he developed an Alternative Sports Program (ASP) for students who chose not to compete in competitive sport as well as developing a comprehensive intra-school sport program comprising of 16 teams and 8 sports all running at the same time. He is currently teaching at The Lakes South Morang P-9 School, where he works with the Primary School Sport system and the Secondary School Sport system.

Steve completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physical Education) at RMIT in 1999 and is currently the Junior PE & Sport Coordinator at Eltham College of Education. He has worked at Iramoo P.S in Werribee, St. Peters P.S. Epping and The Graded American International school in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At ELTHAM, he received Band 3 (Exemplary practice) status in 2006 for outstanding teaching practices and was also responsible for the online video reporting pilot at ELTHAM.
